As the days inch closer to their release, the mystery behind Valorant’s next agent continues to thin. Valorant dataminer ValorLeaks has uncovered what looks like the full set of Bounty Hunter’s abilities, revealing an agent that excels at tracking enemies and incapacitating them.
As Valorant Character Producer John Goscicki hinted in his recent State of the Agents blog post, Agent 20’s abilities revolve around fear.
They have a dark, haunting quality to them, allowing players to aggressively stalk their enemies and apply powerful debuffs that can help set up a play for their team.

Bounty Hunter agent abilities explained
Prowler (C) – 300 credits, 2 charges
Fire to send out a creature that will travel in a straight line looking for enemies and/or trails. Hold fire and move mouse to steer the creature in the direction you are facing.
When the creature finds a trail or enemy, it will move toward them. Upon reaching the enemy, it will start a 0.5 second cook time and then nearsight the closest enemy for 3 seconds. Only one Creature can latch onto a trail.
Seize (Q) – 200 credits, 1 charge
Equip an orb. Fire to throw the orb. The orb will stay in the air for a maximum of 1.5 seconds before dropping to the ground. After 0.5 seconds, a zone will expand out to 7 meters and all enemies within the radius will be tethered to the center, suffer 75 decay damage, and deafened. Can be reactivated in flight to drop earlier.
Haunt (E) – signature ability
Equip an orb and fire to throw. Orb will stay in the air and then hit the ground, similar to Seize. It will then rise back up and turn into an Eye that can be destroyed. If opponents are seen by the Eye, they will be revealed and have a trail debuff applied for 12 seconds.
The trail debuff is a brand new mechanic that reveals your footsteps to enemies, similar to Jackal’s Eyenox Model III in Rainbow Six Siege. When debuffed, a trail of footsteps will follow you and allow opponents to track you.
Nightfall (X) – 7 ultimate charges
Send out a wave of dark mist. If the mist hits an enemy, they will be deafened, trailed, and decayed for 12 seconds.
In a leaked screenshot, Bounty Hunter can be seen wearing the same ring that appeared in Goscicki’s State of the Agents blog on their left hand, adorned by a Turkish “evil eye” bead.
There is currently no way to confirm if the leaked agent abilities are accurate, although ValorLeaks has had a pretty good track record so far. As it stands, Agent 20 looks like an aggressive hybrid of Skye and Sova, with abilities that can both track and debuff enemies.
Riot Games has yet to announce a release date for Bounty Hunter, although they are expected to arrive in Episode 4 Act III in late April.
