Valorant patch 1.02 included some significant buffs for Viper, a small nerf to Phoenix and the Bucky shotgun, and the addition of Ranked mode (which has been slightly delayed due to Riot needing to fix a few bugs first).
Additionally, there were a number of small but significant changes to every map, aimed at reducing the number of areas an enemy can hide, and to make corner checking a little less tedious.
Haven has the most changes (six locations) while Split only has one change. Here’s a complete breakdown of everything that’s changed:
Haven

There is now a bell to the left side of Garage Doors.

There are now construction materials and a hay bale positioned at the left side of the C Long gate.

The big double stack of boxes in A Lobby is gone, replaced by a much smaller box with a step on each side.

There’s a new stack of boxes on the right side of C Link.

A covered basket can be seen on the left side of A Link.

There is now a giant pipe in one of the corners of A Sewer.
Ascent

There is now a stack of barrels at the Defender Spawn Entrance.

The Attacker side of A Main now has a group of boxes and barrels. People don’t really camp in this corner, but it could be a useful spot for an attacking Jett, Raze, or Omen to get up to to peek into A Main.

The Garden Entrance now has the left side blocked off with boxes and barrels.

Bind

The A Bath entrance now has some towels blocking one corner.

The B Teleporter Exit and B Window entrance now has a curved wall to the side, clearing both corners of any campers.
Split

There is now an enormous girder at Defender Spawn just before the stairs leading up to B Heaven.
