An unstoppable hitman is ready to take out the Valorant competition.
Iso, the 24th agent to grace Valorant’s growing roster, brings a treasure trove of unique abilities. With a gameplay style that challenges players’ one-on-one skills, these Iso abilities are set to introduce new mechanics to Valorant.
Among his abilities is the power to achieve invincibility, coupled with the uncanny skill to transport adversaries into an interdimensional arena reminiscent of the Domain Expansion technique in the popular anime Jujutsu Kaisen.

What you need to know about Valorant Iso abilities
Contingency
- Credits: 250
- Max charges: 1
Press the Ability 1 key (C) to assemble prismatic energy. Fire (left-click) to push an indestructible wall of energy forward that blocks bullets.
Iso’s Contingency functions much like Harbor’s Cascade water wall smoke, with the key distinction that it effectively blocks all incoming bullets, making it an excellent tool for site entry.
Undercut

- Credits: 200
- Max charges: 2
Press the Ability 2 key (Q) to equip a molecular bolt. Fire (left-click) to throw it forward, applying a brief fragile debuff to all players it touches. The bolt can pass through solid objects, including walls.
Iso’s Undercut operates on the same principles as Omen’s Paranoia flash, but rather than causing a flash effect on all affected agents, it renders them vulnerable instead.
Double Tap
- Credits: 150
- Max charges: 2 (1 base charge)
Start a focus timer. Once completed, enter a flow state during which downed enemies you kill or damage generate an energy orb. Shooting this orb grants you a shield, which absorbs one instance of damage from any source.
Double Tap is a different take on Reyna’s Dismiss ability. It is more difficult to execute since players must shoot the orb to become invulnerable. Still, the advantage it has over Reyna’s Dismiss is that you can continue to engage your opponents after achieving Double Tap.
The ability will nullify the game’s highest damaging weapons and abilities, including Raze’s Showstopper and an Operator headshot.
Kill Contract
- Ultimate orbs: 7
Press the Ultimate key (X) to equip an interdimensional arena. Fire (left-click) to hurl a column of energy through the battlefield, pulling you and the first enemy hit into the arena. You and your opponent duel to the death.

Iso’s ultimate is perfect for aim demons because it will isolate an opponent to pick off. The Chinese duelist also gets a slight advantage with two barriers spawning on his side of the arena, giving him more room to move before the barriers drop.
Kill Contract will capture the first enemy that comes into contact with its AOE, so catching a Viper in her Viper’s Pit ultimate or a pesky Judge abuser are perfect targets for Iso’s ultimate.
Iso will be available on October 31 once Episode 7 Act 3 is released.
