Red Bull has announced the return of Instalock for 2025, the largest women’s Valorant LAN invitational outside of Riot Games’ VCT Game Changers series.
The second iteration takes place May 2 to 3, 2025 at the Red Bull Gaming Sphere in London, showcasing four leading Valorant teams.
In 2024, viewership for women’s professional gaming tournaments reached over 21.65 million hours globally, showing an increasing interest in this sphere, Statista reported. Valorant is a prominent title within women’s esports, achieving significant watch hours and views.

Four of the best women’s Valorant teams will compete at the Red Bull Gaming Sphere in Shoreditch over two days.
Red Bull Instalock maintains its established format, which requires each team to utilize three duelist characters. Modifying standard Valorant team compositions is intended to create fast-paced dynamic gameplay and strategic displays for spectator enjoyment.
The LAN tournament will be broadcast live from the venue. There will also be an exhibition showmatch featuring ten prominent Valorant content creators.
