We can now learn from Sentinels’ superstar player, Tyson “TenZ” Ngo, and improve our Valorant warm-up routine with his Aim Lab task.
The Valorant pro player has teamed up with Aim Lab to create aim trainer tasks that will help players refine their aim before jumping into their ranked games.

Instead of going into the range or queuing up to another repetitive deathmatch mode, players can prepare for their games by using TenZ Aim Lab routine.
There are now three aim trainers from TenZ available on Aim Lab:

Players must shoot multiple circular targets that spawn from a distance at different heights that constantly move forward. The task ends if three of the targets are able to get past the player’s position.
The routine is supposed to replicate high-pressure situations and difficult scenarios that cause players to panic.
“I wanted to simulate that panic into a game mode, so [players] can practice being chill, calm, and precise,” TenZ explained.
He tried out the task on his stream and scored 61,230 points with an accuracy of 89.57%.
180s task
The 180s task simulates a scenario on Icebox in which players are running into the A site from mid and A heaven.
You need to complete a complete 180-degree turn to shoot the targets running into the site.
Haven Clutch Standard task
Haven Clutch Standard task simulates a situation where you need to hold off against defenders running into the A site from A link and A heaven while holding default.
Aim Lab has created a slew of other aim trainer tasks alongside Valorant veterans like Mehmet “cNed” İpek, Adil “ScreaM” Benrlitom, Alexander “xander” Lopez, Jaccob “yay” Whiteaker, and Francisco “kiNgg” Aravena.
All of these tasks can be used to improve a player’s game.
