The VCT Americas playoffs will decide which teams in the region will qualify for Masters Tokyo.
The six teams that qualified through the regular season will have to knock each other out to punch their ticket to Japan, where the second global LAN event of the 2023 season will take place.
Only the top three teams in the playoffs will advance to Masters Tokyo, while the rest of the teams will continue their VCT 2023 season journey in the Last Chance Qualifier.

What is the VCT Americas playoffs?
The playoffs is the second leg of the VCT Americas League, where the six qualified teams compete in a double-elimination bracket.
All tournament matches will be a best-of-three, except for the finals. The lower and grand final matches will be played in a best-of-five series.
The teams that win their upper-bracket semifinal matches will advance to Tokyo. The final Masters slot will be awarded to the winner of the lower bracket semifinal.
VCT Americas playoffs schedule and results
The tournament will run from May 24 to 29.
The first match of the day starts at 1:00 p.m. PT | 8:00 p.m. GMT | 4:00 a.m. GMT+8, and the second series is set at 5:00 p.m. PT | 12:00 a.m. GMT | 8:00 a.m. GMT+8.
LOUD and Cloud9, the top teams with the best record in the regular season, will begin their playoff run in the upper bracket semifinals. The remaining teams will start their playoffs campaign in the upper bracket quarterfinals.
