Recommended W-Engines
Rina possesses high movement speed and the ability to attack while moving, making her one of the most agile characters in the game.
Rina uses her two Bangboo puppets to attack and cast abilities, and they linger on the field briefly before returning. While the Bangboos are on the field, Rina provides a PEN ratio buff to all party members.
The variety of W-Engines available for support characters like Rina is limited. Yet, most of them are very useful when it comes to buffing your offensive Agents.
Here’s a list of W-Engines that complement any Rina build by providing support functions such as Energy Regen, team-wide buffs, and enhancements
W-ENGINE | STATS | W-ENGINE EFFECT |
Weeping Cradle | Base ATK: 684 PEN Ratio: 24% | Punishment: While off-field, the equipper’s Energy Regen increases by 1.05/s. Attacks from the equipper enhance the squad’s DMG against a struck target by 17.5% for 3 seconds. During this period, this effect is further increased by 3% every 0.5s, up to a maximum additional increase of 18%. Repeated triggers only refresh its duration without refreshing the DMG increase effect. Passive effects of the same name do not stack. |
Unfettered Game Ball | Base ATK: 594 Energy Regen: 50% | Game Start!: Whenever the equipper’s attack triggers an Attribute Counter effect, all squad members’ CRIT Rate against the struck enemy increases by 17.5% for 12s. Passive effects of the same name do not stack. |
Slice of Time | Base ATK: 594 PEN Ratio: 20% | Say Cheese: Any squad members’ Dodge Counter, EX Special Attack, Assist Attack, or Chain Attack respectively generates 29/35.5/43.5/50 more Decibels and generates 1 Energy for the equipper. This effect can trigger once every 12s. The cooldown for each type of attack is independent of others. Passive effects of the same name do not stack. |
Kaboom the Cannon | Base ATK: 624 Energy Regen: 50% | Stampede Accident: When any friendly unit in the squad attacks and hits an enemy, all friendly units’ ATK increases by 3.6% for 8s, stacking up to 4 times. The duration of each stack is calculated separately, and each friendly unit can provide 1 stack of the buff. Passive effects of the same name do not stack. |
[Reverb] Mark II | Base ATK: 475 Energy Regen: 40% | Roaring Waves: Launching an EX Special Attack or Chain Attack increases all squad members’ Anomaly Mastery and Anomaly Proficiency by 16 for 10s. This effect can trigger once every 20s. Passive effects of the same name do not stack. |
Currently, there is only one S-Rank W-Engine available for support characters, and it is her signature weapon, “The Weeping Cradle.” While off the field, it provides a PEN Ratio and Energy Regen boost. Additionally, the Punishment passive enhances the squad’s damage against struck targets.
The Unfettered Game Ball is a strong alternative for Rina. Its high Energy Regen and the Game Start! ability increases the CRIT Rate of all squad members against the struck enemy, making it a great choice for maximizing critical hits.
Slice of Time is another great option for Rina. Its PEN Ratio and Say Cheese ability help generate energy for the squad, useful for ability-reliant Agents.
Kaboom the Cannon provides an attack boost to all friendly units with each attack, and this effect stacks multiple times. It’s a valuable option for increasing the squad’s overall attack power during combat.
Lastly, If you’re experiencing bad gacha days, B-Ranked The [Reverb] Mark II is a good choice for Rina, especially if your squad relies on Anomaly Mastery and Proficiency. Its ability to boost these stats upon using EX Special or Chain Attacks provides excellent support for specialized team compositions.
